This site is dedicated to the memory of Paul Maddocks. This is a place where you can come to remember Paul and write your own tribute to him.

Paul Maddocks sadly passed away suddenly on 28th August 2012 aged 53, from a pulmonary embolism. Everyone was so shocked and always will be to loose him so soon, when he was a fit and healthy man. Paul was born in Birmingham on March 17, 1959 to Sheila and Kenneth. He has three younger brothers, Michael, Stephen and Simon. He spent 37 years at Thomas Fattorini LTD as a purchasing manager, where he met his future wife Debbie and they went on to have two daughters, Elizabeth and Charlotte. He was and still will be a treasured son, father, brother, uncle, brother in law and nephew. He was an outgoing man who loved spending time with his two daughters, and going for long country walks, camping, playing a game of golf, supporting his beloved Manchester United and loved going to the beach in Aberdovey, Wales - which is where his love for the lifeboats started. He had a sense of freedom and relaxation in Aberdovey and became friends with the villagers. He loved going to the Dovey Inn for quiz night and having long walks on the beach. He is very much loved by everybody and will always be remembered by all his family and his many friends. Gone but never forgotton! http://www.aberdoveylifeboat.org.uk
